A: Yes we do ! We accept debit cards & Visa & Master Card.( A Convenience charge will apply)

Q: What school zone is Indian Park zoned for?

Q: What are your policies regarding pets?

A: We accept two (2) pets per apartment. We are now accepting large dogs however we have breed restrictions described as following : Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, or Chow, these breeds will not be permitted.

Our standard non-refundable pet fee is $300 for one pet, plus another $150 for a second pet.

Q: How do I apply to rent at Indian Park Apts?

A: First, you can apply online at our Management Company's website at www.mmcproperties.com or pick up an application at our Leasing Office. We will run a credit check, a criminal background check, and a rental history check (if applicable). Your monthly gross income must be at least three (3) times the regularly priced rental amount. Our application fee is $25 for an individual application or $40 for a joint application for married couples.

Q. Do I have to have perfect credit?

A. You don’t have to have perfect credit, but you must meet our company standards. Each application includes our Rental Criteria. If you have a low credit score or have filed for bankruptcy, or have never rented before, you may be required to pay a higher deposit or have a co-signer. Our Security Deposit is determined by your credit score.

Q: What lease terms do you offer?

A: We offer short term leases of 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months at a higher monthly rental rate & a higher Security Deposit. Our long term leases are 12  months.
