As you drive in, you'll immediately notice the classic home style ofthese two-story brick buildings which feature private, enclosed, ground floor entrances.
As you enter these spacious homes, you'll find we have some of the largest floor plans in Murfreesboro. You'll also recognize the sophisticated extras that make life more convenient: Designer wall colors, wall-to-wall carpeting, large baths, and an open kitchen and beautiful oak cabinets, to name only a few. Step out on your patio or balcony and you'll experience the calming nature of beautiful landscaping. Leaving no detail unaccounted for, handy outdoor storage areas enhance your personal space as well. We offer one, two, and three bedrooms. Question: What school zone is the community zoned for ?

Question:Do you accept pets ?
Answer: Yes we are very pet friendly. We accept 2 pets per apartment.
Question: Do you have weight & or breed restrictions ?
Answer: We have both. We prefer that no pets are over 50 pounds at adult age, and we do have breed restrictions. We do not permit the following breeds of dogs; Dobermans, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Rotweillers, & Chows or any mix thereof. We reserve the right to restrict
Question: How much is your pet fee ?
Answer: Our standard non-refundable pet fee per pet is $300. There is a maximum (2) two pets per apartment home.
Question: What is involved in the application process ?
Answer: We will run a credit check, a criminal background check, a mortgage/rental history check (if applicable) & your monthly gross income must be at least 3 times the market priced rental amount.
Question: Do I have to have perfect credit ?
Answer: No , but you must meet our qualifying rental standards. .
Question: Is there an application fee ?
Answer: Our application fee is $30 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment home will need to fill out an application.
Question: What are the lease terms you offer ?
Answer: We offer 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months.
Question: I have filed bankruptcy, does this disqualify me ?
Answer: Not necessarily, we look at the whole picture. The bankruptcy must be closed or discharged. We may however require you pay a higher deposit or have a Co-signer.
